What we do

The BIP39 word list has 2,048 words. Each missing word multiplies the combinations to try. Knowing any receiving address from the wallet speeds up checking a lot.

- We will never ask for your full seed phrase or private key on a web page, WeChat, Telegram or email.
- Password recovery needs only the encrypted wallet file; we never unlock and use your keys.
- After recovery, move your funds to a new wallet straight away.

Wallet recovery FAQ
Why don't you recover scammed crypto?
Blockchain transfers can't be reversed, and no technical company can pull coins back from a scammer's address. These 'recovery services' usually scam victims a second time.
How do I prove the wallet is mine?
For example: describe past transactions, show purchase or exchange withdrawal records, or sign a message with the address after recovery.
How much does it cost?
The assessment is free. Once we know it's feasible we quote, and work starts only when you agree. Price depends on wallet type and difficulty.
I forgot my mobile wallet password. What now?
Most mobile wallets let you re-import with the seed phrase and set a new password. Without a seed, the wallet file must be extracted from the phone, which is harder.
